Valentina Dolmova is a psychologist, researcher, executive coach, and founder of ILC International.
Her career began in London, inside a Big Four consulting firm, advising organizations at the pace business actually moves. What stayed with her wasn't the frameworks — it was how rarely they held up once the meeting ended. That question became the center of her PhD in organizational psychology, and it's the question she still brings to every leader she works with today.
She continues that research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, and puts it into practice as founder and CEO of ILC International — helping leadership teams think clearer, communicate better, and grow without losing control of what they've built. She's a regular speaker at Forbes conferences and leadership forums across the region, and she lives in Sofia, Bulgaria.
